Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, our cologne & fragrances and men’s clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery (see template below).
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Damaged or Defective Items
