- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of delivery (see template below).
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information

- Duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
